ENTRY LEVEL Programme

If you are looking for a health reset to kick start your health journey and make more informed food choices this Entry Level Programme will be a perfect fit.

Ideal for busy women seeking to improve digestion, menstruation, and energy levels, maintain weight loss or improve overall health. Geared towards the highly motivated individual who can work independently with accountable support provided.

12 Week Entry Level Programme Includes;

  • A full health assessment and review

  • Health, medical, and lifestyle history analysis

  • In-depth nutritional assessment of your food intake and dietary habits

  • Functional testing recommended if needed (diagnostic testing and test interpretation is an additional cost not included in this plan)

  • Professional supplement programme recommendations if necessary (cost of supplements not included)

  • A comprehensive personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, including recipes, a meal plan, and a shopping list

  • 1-hour initial consultation

  • 30-min follow-ups

  • 20-min progress review check-ins and email support as needed

Support

Throughout the 12 weeks, you will receive health coaching sessions during your check-ins to keep you motivated and accountable.

A maintenance programme is available as an additional add-on at the end of the 12-week programme, starting from £250.

Advanced PROGRAMME

This is for women who are seeking a targeted approach for health concerns specifically related to hormonal changes and symptoms (PCOS, PMDD, endometriosis, fibroids, perimenopause, and menopause).

The Advanced Programme focuses on identifying the root cause of your hormonal imbalances and related symptoms and offers a supportive approach to rebalancing hormones. Together, with a focused strategy to enhance and improve overall health and achieve lasting transformation.

12 Week Advanced Programme Includes;

  • A full health assessment and review

  • Health, medical, and lifestyle history analysis

  • In-depth nutritional assessment of your food intake and dietary habits

  • Functional testing including;

    • A urinary hormone test to look at your hormones over a 24-hour period and a specific time in your cycle to get the most comprehensive overview of your hormone production and how they are being processed in your body

    • A blood test to check your whole thyroid hormone pathway including thyroid antibodies, key nutrient levels (iron, folate, B12, and Vitamin D) your blood sugar levels and more

  • Current supplementation review

  • Review of home, travel, and work-life environment

  • Professional supplement programme recommendations if necessary (cost of supplements not included)

  • A comprehensive personalised phased nutrition, lifestyle plans, protocols, e-books, targeted nutrient support, meal plans, supplement recommendations, and shopping lists.

  • 1-hour initial consultation

  • 30-min follow-ups (including any new test interpretations and review - plan and protocols updated)

  • Email support between sessions as needed

Throughout your programme, we will be digging deeper into all areas past and present. You will receive focused health and wellbeing coaching sessions for each new phase of the programme. This will encourage and help to build your knowledge, and confidence keeping you on track to achieving your desired health goal.
